Individualized Home Supports (IHS) is designed to provide in-home assistance to individuals who live independently in their homes. Clients who receive support through the IHS program will be provided assistance based on their level of needs. IHS provides opportunities for individuals to increase their independence and connect with their community. The support can range from assisting with daily living activities to socializing or building relationships with friends, among others.
